the ‘driver’ personality. This newsletter will focus on the ‘expressive’
personality.
This person needs things to be fun and upbeat. They are the life
of the party and don’t like to be bogged down with detail. They don’t like
detail, especially if it’s not fun.
So if you’re selling to an expressive, keep
things short and lively. An entertaining 30 second video would appeal to this
personality as well as the ‘driver’ who just wants the big picture. When you’re
marketing, aim for these two personality types as the ‘analytical’ personality
will end up wanting lots of detail anyway. No matter how detailed your video
or presentation, analyticals will have many questions and will want much more
detail than you should put into a video. The ‘amiable’ personality will also
want detail. So keep your promotional video or business presentation short,
lively and to the point.
